Get to know us

Hope Restorations provides job skill training, and other reentry support to adults recovering from addiction or incarceration. Our work involves acquiring deteriorating houses in our community and renovating them to more modern standards in order to provide safe, affordable, energy-efficient housing for lower-income families.

Founded in 2015, Hope Restorations is a non-profit social enterprise that helps individuals in recovery from addiction and/or incarceration by providing steady income, employment preparation, coaching in soft skills, mentoring, and other services needed for a successful transformation.

Our workforce development program offers training in a basic skill set of construction/renovation projects to adults in recovery. To implement this skill training, our organization acquires deteriorating eyesore properties in the community and renovates them into safe, energy-efficient affordable housing units that are available to rent below fair market value to the low-income population. We partner with other community agencies to provide other needed services for our participants, broadening the range of opportunities and care they receive. We operate a transitional house and recovery program for up to twenty women at a time called the House of Hope.
