Hope Restorations' workforce development program offers training in a basic skill set of home renovation projects, mentoring, and coaching in soft skills to help the individual achieve employability and a full recovery. Our participants attend recovery meetings and collect a stipend for their work. The benefit of this program is twofold; allowing our participants to gain transferable experience and sobriety, while also providing the community with energy-efficient, affordable housing available to rent to low-income families. We are excited to announce that we will be opening a men's transitional house in the near future! We are grateful for the opportunity to bridge this gap for our participants.
